By accessing the websites, digital products, software, or web applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by Gravorix Studio ("Gravorix", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital licenses, web-app access, and downloadable content, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal or refund is immediately forfeited once the digital license key has been delivered or accessed.
Gravorix actively disputes fraudulent chargebacks. Submitting a chargeback for a delivered digital product is considered "friendly fraud." In the event of a dispute, we provide server access logs, IP verification, and this agreed-upon Terms of Service directly to your financial institution.

GravorixStudio is not a substitute for in-person assessment by a licensed veterinarian or certified dog behaviorist. By using this product, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your dog's safety, the safety of others, and any property damage, injury, or bite incident that may occur during or after use of this protocol, and you release GravorixStudio, its founders, and affiliates from any liability arising from its use.
All content, protocols, code, designs, and license keys are the exclusive intellectual property of Gravorix. Purchasing a product grants you a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the license key or web-app. Violation of this clause will result in immediate, un-refunded revocation of access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international e-commerce practices. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction determined by Gravorix.
